Meet Gabrielle – Empowering You Through Compassionate, Inclusive Care
Gabrielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Known for her warm and approachable presence, Gabrielle is dedicated to helping clients recognize, embrace, and build upon their unique strengths. She creates a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where meaningful dialogue can flourish, and individuals feel empowered to work toward personal growth and healing.
Gabrielle works with individuals navigating challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, and more. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to support clients in developing practical tools and achieving their goals.
Gabrielle’s passion lies in walking alongside clients as they move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being.
