We are located in the heart of Vaughan, Ontario and have gained the trust of our community, colleagues, and other practitioners in our area and across the GTA.

Meet the Founder, Dr. Mary Marano
My name is Mary Marano, and it is my hope to introduce myself into the lives of those searching for a way to accomplish a mindful and conscious way of living. I am dedicated to opening the space for you to experience therapy in a non-threatening way.
For those of you who do not know me, I am the owner and operator of Life & Family Counselling Services, but more than that, I am someone who strives to grow and change so I can be the best version of myself.
I will lead you through an individualized process to help you reach your intuitiveness, and you will acquire the tools to help you step back into your life, living authentically.
