Real Talk — A Free Teen Therapy Program

Every teen deserves to talk to.

Real Talk is an ongoing community program by Life & Family Counselling that provides free professional counselling to teens ages 14–18 facing emotional, mental health, or life challenges — in person in Vaughan and virtually across Ontario.

Through the generosity of our community, eligible teens receive up to five free therapy sessions with Master's-level therapists supervised by experienced Registered Psychotherapists. No teen should miss out on support because of financial barriers.

The Need

Too many teens are waiting.

Right now, many teens are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, family conflict, bullying, social pressure, grief and overwhelming stress. Too many are left waiting months for support, or never receive it at all.

At Life & Family Counselling, we believe every young person deserves someone to talk to before a crisis becomes an emergency. That is why we created Real Talk — a community-supported initiative providing free professional counselling for youth ages 14 to 18.
