Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Humber College, and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Passionate about guiding clients towards healing throughout their therapeutic journey — Nicole integrates a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, Narrative Therapy, and client-centred, strengths-based approaches that empower her clients to reach their goals, build self-awareness, and strengthen confidence as they explore ways to manage and overcome stress, anxiety, difficulty in emotional regulation, depression, and relationship or life transitions.
Committed to supporting teens and adults, Nicole believes that the foundation of healing, authentic growth and lasting transformation begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. In the therapy room, Nicole is dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative space, grounded in trust, openness and curiosity. Her goal is to help you find comfort in taking intentional steps towards improved mental and emotional wellness.
Beyond Work Hours: Nicole enjoys cooking, travelling, weight training, practicing pilates, and spending quality time with loved ones.
