Meet Olesia – Supporting Growth Through Compassionate, Culturally Sensitive Care

Olesia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University while fulfilling her practicum requirements.

Olesia is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and navigate life’s challenges through the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. Her approach emphasizes self-awareness, resilience, and personal transformation.

She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and goals. Olesia has a particular interest in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and parenting-related challenges.

Committed to continuous learning and development, Olesia ensures her practice reflects the most current, evidence-based approaches. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, allowing her to offer therapy in the language that feels most comfortable to her clients, enhancing trust, cultural connection, and understanding throughout the process.

As part of her practicum, Olesia currently offers pro bono (no-cost) therapy services to eligible clients.

Beyond Work Hours: Olesia enjoys reading, exercising, nature walks, and appreciating good cinematography!
