Meet Ruby (Ravinder) – Compassionate Support for Children, Youth, Adults, and Families

Ruby is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Health Sciences with a specialization in Mental Health Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Mental Health and Health, both from the University of Toronto.

Ruby is dedicated to providing holistic, collaborative, and personalized mental health support to individuals and families. She brings experience from working in diverse community mental health settings, supporting children, youth, adults, and families across a range of challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centred, empathetic, and strength-based. Ruby is committed to honouring each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. She supports individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and family dynamics. She incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy, to help clients develop practical coping strategies and foster meaningful change.

Ruby’s goal is to empower clients to prioritize their mental health and explore personal challenges in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.

Beyond Work Hours: Ruby enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, watching movies and shows, and exercising.
