Meet Tiffany – Genuine and Supportive Guidance Toward Meaningful Change
Tiffany is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Tiffany takes a client-centred and non-judgemental approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients to navigate challenges and foster resilience. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), person-centred, and strengths-based practices, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
She supports individuals navigating anxiety, interpersonal challenges, stress, ADHD, and life transitions, as well as those seeking clarity, balance, and personal growth. Tiffany is dedicated to helping clients not only manage their struggles but also discover their strengths and cultivate lasting change.
Her warm, approachable nature fosters a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence. She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater well-being.
Beyond Work Hours: Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her pets and family. In her free time, she loves crocheting, painting, and getting lost in a good book. She also has a creative spirit and enjoys exploring new hobbies that bring relaxation and joy.
