Alexia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She attains an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English Literature from York University, and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Alexia is passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges, while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. She provides a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences at their own pace.
With a collaborative, and client-centred approach, Alexia works with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem difficulties, relationship and interpersonal challenges, and significant life transitions. She recognizes that each person’s journey is unique and strives to meet clients where they are, offering support that is always adaptive.
Alexia integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy, to tailor her approach to each client’s individual needs. She believes in working alongside clients to identify strengths, build coping strategies, and foster sustainable change.
At the core of Alexia’s work, is the belief that healing begins in a space where individuals feel truly heard, validated, and understood. She is committed to supporting clients as they develop greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self while navigating life’s complexities.
Beyond Work Hours: Alexia enjoys spending time with family, travelling and trying new restaurants.
