Meet Alyssa— A Compassionate Guide on Your Path to Healing

Alyssa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University and is currently completing her practicum as part of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. 

Alyssa is committed to supporting individuals on their unique paths toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. She brings a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences. 

Her practice is person-centred and grounded in evidence-based approaches. Alyssa draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each session to meet clients where they are. Her work focuses on helping individuals identify goals rooted in their strengths, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster long-term well-being. 

Alyssa works with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, mood-related challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem issues, major life transitions, and interpersonal concerns. She strives to support clients of all ages in building resilience and confidence in their strengths. 

Known for her warm presence, Alyssa helps clients feel supported and motivated as they move toward meaningful change. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or seeking support through specific challenges, Alyssa is dedicated to walking alongside you on your healing journey. 

Beyond Work Hours: Alyssa enjoys Pilates, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
