Meet Jennifer – Compassionate Care for Individuals, Families, and Couples
Jennifer is a Registered Social Worker committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Social Work from York University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Jennifer brings a holistic and collaborative approach to care. Her extensive work in Toronto hospitals—across General Medicine, Kidney Transplant, Cardiovascular Surgery, Emergency Care, and Bariatric Surgery—has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complex ways physical health, emotional well-being, and family systems intersect.
Jennifer supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, body image, self-esteem, and the development of effective coping strategies. She also has experience supporting clients affected by eating-related concerns within the broader context of mental and emotional health.
Grounded in compassion and client-centred practice, Jennifer strives to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships, enhance resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Beyond Work Hours: Jennifer loves to go shopping, hang out with friends and family, swim and enjoy boating in the summer!
