Sabrina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Sabrina takes a warm, thoughtful, client-centred approach to therapy, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and know their voice is valued. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Sabrina works collaboratively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem difficulties, relationship and interpersonal challenges, and significant life transitions. She recognizes that every person’s journey is unique and takes the time to understand each client’s experiences, meeting them where they are with compassion and support. Sabrina works alongside clients to deepen self-understanding, strengthen their relationship with themselves and others, and build the tools needed to navigate life with greater confidence.
At the heart of Sabrina’s approach is the belief that meaningful growth begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. She believes each individual has their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth, and she supports clients in gaining clarity and self-awareness, building confidence, and developing a stronger sense of self. Through a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and collaboration, Sabrina helps clients navigate life’s complexities and move toward meaningful, authentic change.
