Meet Sabrina – Compassionate Guidance to Support Your Growth and Healing

Sabrina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is currently completing her practicum hours as part of her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Sabrina is dedicated to helping individuals recognize and embrace their unique strengths and differences. She finds great fulfillment in supporting clients on their journey toward achieving personal goals and overcoming challenges.

With a focus on creating a safe, empowering environment, Sabrina fosters healing, resilience, and growth. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, life transitions, and more.

Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Strength-Based approaches, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—Sabrina tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Beyond Work Hours: Sabrina enjoys working out, long walks in nature, cooking new dishes and enjoying them with friends and family!
