Sara is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at
Yorkville University and provides counselling under the supervision of an approved
clinical supervisor. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Early
Childhood Studies and is a Designated Early Childhood Educator (DECE), with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families.
Sara offers a warm, compassionate, and grounded approach to therapy, creating a
space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. She works with
individuals navigating stress, life transitions, identity shifts, and the complexities of
parenting and changes in family relationships, helping them develop greater clarity,
balance, and self-awareness, and move through life with greater intention.
Her work is guided by a humanistic and trauma-informed lens, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches. Sara works collaboratively with clients to deepen insight while fostering meaningful and sustainable change, supporting them in moving forward with greater intention and confidence.
